Placing An Order / Payment Options

To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line ordering form and enter your credit card information (VISA / MasterCard) or select the PayPal (VISA / MasterCard / Discover / AMEX / eCheck) payment option and you don't have to setup a PayPal account to use this option. We also accept cashier's checks and business/personal checks. In the event you want to pay be check, please send it along with a clear description of what you are ordering to:

All orders by check or money order will be sent upon receipt of payment which normally takes 10-14 business days.

If you would like to place an order by phone, please call us on our order line at 360-330-0195. We are in Centralia, Washington - half way between Seattle and Portland, so we are on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with The GOOD BOOK Company.

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@thegoodbookcompany.com or call us at 360-330-0195 within 7 days of receiving your order for an authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days from when your order was placed. Some products may be shipped directly to you from the publisher and normal arrival times of product will be mentioned clearly on the order form.

If you require a rush order, please call us, at 360-330-0195 to discuss special arrangements. We use a variety of shippers for our various products, but for media products we use mostly the USPS and for art products usually FedEx.

If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you. We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Washington (7.9%).

Rush Orders
